Rutgers Robert Wood Johnson Medical School
My name is Mohana Biswas and I am a second-year medical student in the 7-year BA/MD program at Rutgers Robert Wood Johnson Medical School. I graduated from Rutgers University in 2020 with a major in Cell Biology and Neuroscience with a minor in French. I am passionate about promoting equity in healthcare on racial, gender, and socioeconomic fronts with a developing interest in women's health. Outside of school, I enjoy drawing random cool buildings I've passed by, walking at least 10,000 steps a day, and bothering my cat with my affection.
Mohana is a medical student that brings to light the uphill battle against female objectification women face in the struggle to be taken seriously in medicine.
